A's Wood & Stone Table

Ok, it's concrete not stone, but concrete is stone you can mold.  A had a beautiful board of wood from an old sewing factory.  They wanted to use the wood for a desktop, but it was insufficient for a full sized work surface.  The stone is fiber reinforced concrete, with a mottled surface filled with a darker concrete to match the wood, and polished to a shine.  The wood inlay is red oak.  The final finish is hand rubbed tung oil.  The legs are made from black iron pipe and can be designed to any height.  The final dimensions for this desk are 48" long, 30" wide, and 37" tall.
